That friend you know can call. The leader that took a chance on you. A family member who was always rooting for you. We hope there’s always been a lifeline for you in those uncharted and rough waters we sometimes find ourselves in.

But have you ever been the one to get the call and wanted to help, but didn’t have the knowledge or means to? No one is equipped to handle every possibility, whether you’re the one in need or the one being asked for help.

The ASCEND Collective is not the group to call when your wi-fi router refuses to work. We would be as clueless as you and any troubleshooting tips we offer might even make it worse. Car troubles? Heck no. Plumbing problems? We would also just click the first thing on Google and hope it helps.

But we are the right tool when it comes to finding the right job. Maybe you’re a veteran looking to build their first civilian career. Maybe you’ve recently wrapped up time in the justice system and getting back to work. Maybe you have different limitations that alter where you can work, but employers aren’t understanding that doesn’t change how awesome your work is.

Or maybe you know someone in one of these circumstances.

We’re here to assist. We help folks push for their career, ace job interviews, and grow skillsets. So think of us if you find yourself or someone you know in one of those positions. Take it a step further and sign up for a $5 monthly donation, so we can be there when the need arises.
