There’s little argument against the idea that planning for your future will catalyze your success. Logically this makes perfect sense! So then… why do we sometimes procrastinate when it comes to progress?

There could be any number of reasons. Maybe the future seems far away? Perhaps you’re skeptical it’s even worth your time?

Regardless of what might be holding you back, we have an alternate approach to hopefully incentivize investing more time in charting your course.

Planning isn’t a task, nor is it a chore. Laying out your goals and mapping out the path to get to them is perhaps one of the most worthwhile investments of your time and energy because it’s ultimately a form of self-care.

“Planning is self-care” simply isn’t a phrase we’ve heard, but we’re saying it today! Your career fuels so many other parts of your life, why not make it a priority now? Whether you’re starting from the beginning, life had an unexpected reset, or you’re looking for something new, The ASCEND Collective can be a compass.

Start shaping your tomorrow, today. Visit theascendcollective.org and let’s talk more about professional self-care.
