Summer is moving season for a lot of Americans. This is especially true for our military service members and their families, so much so that summer is often referred to as “PCS Season”, or permanent change of station season.
This also means job changes for many of the people that support our armed forces. Military spouses in particular face this unique circumstance, sometimes moving as often as every two years to a new place somewhere in the world. That can make having a career quite a bit more challenging.
So as folks are gearing up for another summer, we want to champion our role in navigating uncharted waters. We know change can have incredible results, but virtually any change can come with unexpected challenges. The ASCEND Collective wants to ease some of those burdens. If you’re looking for work but have circumstances like a regular moving season throwing a wrench in the engine, we can assist!
We’ve been helping folks with unique situations find meaningful employment for years now, and this summer is no different. Working with The ASCEND Collective gets you personal mentorship, advice on career development, helpful tips on job interviews, upskill opportunities, and more!
Summer often equals change. Let’s make it happen.
