About Us
Founded by a Navy veteran and staffed by veterans and military spouses. We’ve been on the transition path and we know how to help navigate today’s service members in their transition.
We created an AI skills-based talent sourcing platform to remove the barriers that leave out 95% of veterans, military spouses, people with disabilities and justice-involved candidates from getting to an interview.
