First Step is to Create Your Skills Profile
Your experience, no matter how it was earned, is valuable. You earned it. You have highly transferable skills from that experience. Not just in jobs comparable to a previous title. Careers – where your skills are valued and your experience is needed.
As you build your skills profile, choose the L-EAF Lab track (WorkFLOW – Shu, Nested WorkFLOW – Shu, ProductFLOW Manager – Shu (PFML)) you are completing or have completed as a “past experience/previous job”.
Your experience and education will be translated into skills. Edit to ensure the skills listed are the ones you want to match to.
Salary minimum – what you need to support yourself and family. Maximum salary should be realistic and what you strive for.
